Rt. 3 South, Exit 13. Right at the end of the ramp on to Route 53 South.  Proceed 2.5 miles and we are the big yellow building on the right.

FROM THE SOUTH:

Rt. 3 North, Exit 12. Take 139 West for 2 miles. Turn right on Washington St. Route 53 North. Proceed 1.9 miles and we are the big yellow building on the left.
